Performs general architectural works including architectural design, site visits and inspections and prepares related reports.
Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and material boards prepared by Architectural Designers. Makes new proposals and/or modify existing drawings when necessary.
Oversee all aspects of design, including design development, construction documentation.
Ensures compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site. Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.
Provides technical guidance to Architectural staff working on the same project.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Coordinate with internal and external team members, including architects, engineers and contractors
Lead project related meeting and discussions.
Conduct site visits to assess compliance with the project specification and quality requirements and identify any issues that may arise.
participate in the preparation of bid documents.
Continuously improve industry knowledge & build staff capabilities within the practice by leading, coaching, and mentoring the architectural team.
