Lead and participate in client discussions to gather requirements and understand business processes.

Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions, focusing on Field Service Lightning (FSL).

Build and configure FSL components ? Custom Objects, Workflows, Validations, LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Integrations, etc.

Set up Scheduling & Optimization, Dispatcher Console, Service Objectives, and Work Rules.

Manage Work Order & Service Appointment lifecycles, including bulk scheduling, dispatch, and rescheduling.

Configure Field Service Mobile App (including offline capabilities) and integrate with Salesforce/third-party mobile tools.

Handle Resource Management, Contractors, Timesheets, Inventory, and Preventive Maintenance setups.

Provide technical guidance, training, and post-implementation support.

Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

Must have experience configuring Live Chat/Omni-Channel.

Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ is an added advantage.
