We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Specialist to manage our inbound leads and transform them into lasting client relationships and signed contracts ?? About BRSBRS is a full-cycle renovation and interior design company based in Dubai. Join a team that has completed 200+ projects in Dubai and includes 40+ in-house professionals. Key Responsibilities? Work with warm inbound leads and provide professional consultations to sell our design and renovation services? Meet clients on-site, take measurements, and assess project requirements? Prepare estimates and commercial proposals (from template)? Conduct negotiations and secure signed project agreements? Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clientsRequirements? 2+ years of successful B2C sales experience? Work experience in renovation, interior design or related field? Experience working in Dubai? Confident communication and relationship-building skills with different types of clients? Organized, responsible, and able to manage several leads at the same time? Positive, easy-going personality
