Veridian Immigration Services is looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our Dubai team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for candidates and corporate clients exploring our European work visa, study visa, and worldwide visit visa services ? guiding them from initial inquiry through to signed agreement. You'll play a key part in growing Veridian's candidate pipeline across our partner destinations (Poland, North Macedonia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Serbia, and beyond).Key responsibilities:Respond promptly to inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone, and email, and convert inquiries into paying clientsClearly explain visa packages, processing timelines, and fee structures to prospective candidatesBuild and maintain relationships with candidates, referral partners, and corporate clientsMeet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goalsMaintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRMCollaborate with the processing team to ensure a smooth handover after a client signsRepresent Veridian professionally at outreach events, partner meetings, and community activitiesWorking hours: Sunday?Thursday, 9 AM?6 PM.Benefits: Health insurance, annual leave, paid holidays, performance-based bonuses, commission on closed sales.SkillsDesired skillsProven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (immigration, recruitment, or travel industry experience is a plus)Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, or Tagalog are an advantage given our candidate base)Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quicklyTarget-driven mindset with a track record of meeting sales goalsGood organizational skills and comfort using CRM/lead-tracking toolsBasic understanding of visa/work permit processes is a plus, but not required ? training providedConfident, professional presentation and follow-through on commitments.
