We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development & Sales professional with a proven track record in B2B corporate gifting and merchandise solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting our wide range of corporate merchandise solutions to clients across the UAE.Strong communication skills, self-motivation, valid UAE driving License and a proven sales track record are essential. This is a full time job, working mostly outside office, meeting potential clients, closing deals towards achieving monthly targets. Roles & Responsibilities? Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels e.g. networks, online platforms, exhibitions, and industry events? Visit businesses across Dubai and other Emirates to identify and pitch potential clients to actively generate new business opportunities? Proactively generate, follow up on new business leads to convert into sales? Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers? Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients? Understand client needs and offer creative merchandise solutions? Prepare and present proposals and quotations? Meet sales targets and KPIs? Partner with internal teams (design, sourcing, operations, logistics) to ensure timely and flawless project execution and client satisfaction? Conduct regular client visits across Dubai and surrounding areas? Managing sales processes from initial contact to post-sale follow-up? Strong existing relationships with corporates, event agencies, HR leaders, and procurement professionals.? Fluency in English mandatory; knowledge of local/regional languages will be an added advantage? Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)? Proven ability to sell and generate new business? Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative selling approach? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail? Ability to work independently and as part of a team? Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and digital lead generation tools? Ability to think strategically to meet the clients? needs? Able to plan and self-manage workload and priorities, even when working under pressure, with the ability to act quickly and decisively? Mobility: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
