Job Description

  • Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3?5years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2?3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, RERA regulations, and DLD procedures
  • Valid UAE Driving License and Own Car
  • RERA certification (mandatory or preferred, depending on company policy)
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly and annual sales targets
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (other languages is an advantage)
