We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales team to achieve company objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management, particularly within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, and excellent leadership skills. The Sales Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies, analyze market trends, and work closely with the marketing department to ensure alignment of sales initiatives. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales process, a passion for achieving targets, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in the FMCG sector.Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, specifically tailored for the FMCG market.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth within the FMCG sector.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, focusing on long-term partnerships.Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and sales materials that resonate with the target audience.Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure the team is informed about product updates, market changes, and sales techniques.Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to optimize sales efforts.Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales efforts and drive profitability.Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the FMCG market.Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for development.Preferred Candidate:Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the FMCG industry with a minimum of 8 years of experience.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to building relationships.Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to enhance sales performance.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on data management and reporting.Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals in the FMCG space.Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving targets and driving sales success.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage for engaging with local clients.A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, further complemented by relevant certifications.
