Roles & ResponsibilitiesRoles & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a smart, active, and motivated Store Sales Assistant to join ALZAFRAN ALFAKHER Natural Herbs Trading LLC.The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing daily store activities, and supporting sales of natural herbs, nuts, spices, saffron, oils, and premium food products.Key responsibilities include:Welcoming customers and assisting them in choosing the right products.Explaining product details, prices, sizes, weights, and available options clearly.Handling walk-in customers professionally and politely.Managing sales, billing, packing, and customer service.Keeping the store clean, organized, and properly arranged.Refilling shelves and displaying products in an attractive way.Checking stock availability and informing management when items are low.Supporting WhatsApp inquiries, online orders, and delivery coordination when required.Handling multiple tasks during busy hours.Learning product details quickly and giving accurate information to customers.Maintaining a positive, honest, and professional attitude at all times.Supporting the team with any daily store operations as required.Desired Candidate ProfileDesired Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be smart, energetic, well-presented, polite, and a fast learner.Required skills and qualifications:Must be able to speak Nepali, Hindi, English, and Arabic.Good communication and customer service skills.Previous experience in retail, sales, supermarket, herbs, nuts, spices, or food trading is preferred.Must be active, quick-thinking, and able to learn products fast.Able to multitask and work under pressure during busy hours.Honest, responsible, punctual, and well-organized.Basic computer or POS system knowledge is preferred.Good appearance and professional behavior with customers.Educated and able to understand product details, pricing, stock, and customer requirements.Willing to learn about natural herbs, nuts, spices, saffron, oils, and premium food products.Must have a positive attitude and be ready to grow with the company.Arabic speaking ability and UAE retail experience will be considered a strong advantage.
