We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive / Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products and services effectively. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.Promote and sell company products and services to potential clients.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally.Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.Achieve individual sales targets and performance objectives.Accurately update and maintain customer information in the company database/CRM system.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.SkillsRequirementsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.Comfortable making and handling a high volume of phone calls.Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or telemarketing is an advantage.Fluency in English is required.Fluency in Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam will be considered a strong advantage.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive basic salary (AED 2,000 ?
