Job Description

  • Morning Briefing & Updates: Updating the price list, checking current stock availability, and tracking upcoming shipments.
  • Customer Engagement: Presenting available products to clients, taking new orders, and recommending the "Best Picks" or most premium items of the day.
  • Order Dispatch: Forwarding orders immediately to the Warehouse/Store department via the company system or internal coordination groups.
  • Order Follow-up: Ensuring the Store team has prepared the correct quantities and that the quality matches the specifications promised to the customer.
  • Final Confirmation: Notifying the customer that their order is ready or currently out for delivery.
