We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, specifically within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. This role is pivotal for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in a highly competitive environment. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective strategies that align with our business goals and enhance customer engagement.Responsibilities:Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals within the FMCG sector.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive sales growth.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in the FMCG market.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, effectively showcasing our FMCG products and services.Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences in the FMCG sector.Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring profitability for the company and satisfaction for the client.Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement and strategy adjustment.Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's FMCG offerings.Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions to clients in the FMCG market.Preferred Candidate:Proven track record of at least 8 years in sales within the FMCG sector, with a history of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders across various levels.Self-motivated and results-oriented, demonstrating a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.Experience in CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and manage client relationships effectively.Adaptability and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and seize opportunities in the FMCG market.A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events, ensuring strong market presence.
