  • Identify and pursue new interior fit-out opportunities (villas, offices, shops, restaurants, clinics).
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, real estate agents, and consultants.
  • Conduct site visits, collect client requirements, and coordinate with our technical team.
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close projects.
  • Follow up on payments, variations, and ongoing client needs.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline.
