Roles & ResponsibilitiesHead of Sales (Real Estate)Job SummaryThe Head of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing property salesfor the company. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, generatingleads, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions. The successfulcandidate will play a key role in building and growing the company?s real estate salesfunction from the ground up, while also acting as the company?s key liaison with real estatedevelopers and partner agencies.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and property salestargets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels.Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, property buyers, developers, and keystakeholders.Act as the primary liaison between the company and real estate developers, agencies, andexternal property partners.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.Sales OperationsManage the full sales cycle from lead generation, client consultation, to property saleclosure.Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads into successful transactions.Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and forecasts using CRM systems.Recommend and implement effective sales processes and best practices to support growth.Market & Performance AnalysisStay updated on UAE real estate market trends, pricing, competitor activity, and customerpreferences.Provide insights on property positioning, pricing strategies, and sales campaigns.Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.Customer ExperienceDeliver a high level of customer service throughout the buying process.Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.Minimum 5?7 years of proven experience in real estate sales with a strong track record ofachieving property sales targets.Must have at least 3 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE, with strongunderstanding of the local property market, regulations, and sales practices.RERA certification is preferred.Hands-on experience using Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other UAE propertyportals for lead generation and property listings.Strong network within the UAE real estate industry is an advantage.Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.KPIsProperty sales revenue achieved.Number of properties sold.Lead-to-sale conversion rate.Sales pipeline value and accuracy of forecasting.New client and investor acquisition.Customer satisfaction and referral rate.Desired Candidate ProfileHead of Sales (Real Estate)Job SummaryThe Head of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing property salesfor the company.
