We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Multilingual Real Estate Lead Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and following up on leads generated from property portals by maintaining continuous communication with our real estate agents and ensuring every inquiry is updated promptly.This role requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and fluency in Arabic and English. Additional languages will be a significant advantage.Key Responsibilities* Monitor and manage leads received from property portals.* Make regular follow-up calls to real estate agents to collect lead updates.* Ensure every lead is updated accurately and on time in the CRM.* Coordinate with the sales team to maintain lead quality and response times.* Track pending leads and ensure no inquiry is left unattended.* Prepare daily and weekly lead status reports.* Escalate urgent or high-priority leads to the relevant team members.* Maintain professional communication with internal teams.SkillsRequirements* Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.* Additional languages (Hindi, Urdu, Russian, French, Chinese, or other languages) are highly preferred.* Previous experience in real estate, customer service, telesales, call center, or lead management is an advantage.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.What We Offer* Competitive salary.* Professional and supportive work environment.* Career growth opportunities within a leading real estate company.* Opportunity to work with a dynamic and multicultural team.
