Job Description

  • Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties
  • Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential clients
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and financing options
  • Prepare and manage listings, contracts, and real estate documentation
  • Negotiate offers and close transactions in the best interest of clients
  • Build and maintain a strong client base through networking and follow-ups
  • Managing inbound and outbound leads
  • Daily prospecting to secure listings from landlords and investors
  • Staying updated with real market trends (Bayut, Property Finder, DXBInteract,)
  • Conducting viewings & negotiating deals
  • Managing owner relationships with professionalism and strategic advice
  • Understanding pricing, ROI, capital appreciation, and rental demand in your area
  • Maintaining a consistent performance rhythm (daily KPIs + weekly reporting)
