Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for our Landscaping division. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and submittals specific to softscape, hardscape, and irrigation projects in the UAE.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCommercial & Cost ManagementPrepare accurate BOQ for tenders, variations, and final accounts for landscape, hardscape, and irrigation worksReview tender documents, drawings, and specifications. Identify scope gaps and risksPrepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and budget forecastsTrack project costs, commitments, and prepare monthly cost reportsProcess variation orders, claims, and EOT with proper substantiationDocumentation & SubmittalsPrepare and review submittals for materials, shop drawings, and method statementsPrepare interim payment applications, IPCs, and final bills as per contractMaintain proper documentation for procurement, sub-contractor valuations, and client correspondenceCoordinate with Site Engineers, PM, and Procurement for cost controlContracts & ProcurementReview contracts, subcontract agreements, and ensure complianceRaise RFQs, compare quotations, and support procurement team in vendor finalizationAssist in tender submissions and value engineering proposalsDesired Candidate ProfileREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSEducation: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity SurveyingExperience: 3?5 years? experience as QS in Landscaping, Hardscape, Irrigation projects in UAE/GCCMust Have Knowledge:BOQ preparation for softscape, hardscape, irrigation & MEPContract documents: FIDIC, UAE Standard ContractSubmittal process and document controlSoftware: MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project.
