Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end international procurement activities.Source and develop overseas suppliers for mechanical, fabrication, steel, hydraulic, electrical, and industrial components.Obtain quotations, evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.Prepare and manage purchase orders and supplier contracts.Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents for timely imports.Manage import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.Ensure timely availability of materials to support production.Build long-term relationships with global suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities.Monitor supplier performance and implement cost-saving initiatives.Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Stores, and Finance teams.Desired Candidate ProfileImmediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be given preference.Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).2?5 years of experience in international procurement (Preferred).Experience sourcing from global suppliers, preferably from China, Europe, India, or other international markets.Strong knowledge of Incoterms, import/export procedures, shipping documentation, and international logistics.Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.Experience in manufacturing, truck body fabrication, automotive, heavy engineering, or steel fabrication industries is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.Strong communication and analytical skills.
