Specialist Prosthodontist / General DentistLocation: Dubai, UAELicense: DHA LicensedEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and patient-focused Specialist Prosthodontist / General Dentist to join our dental team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in restorative and prosthetic dentistry, excellent aesthetic judgment, and the ability to manage complex full-mouth rehabilitation cases.The successful candidate should be confident working with both natural teeth and implants and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, personalized patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, develop, and execute comprehensive prosthodontic and restorative treatment plans.Perform prosthetic rehabilitation on natural teeth and dental implants.Provide veneers, crowns, inlays, onlays, bridges, and other restorative treatments.Plan and perform full and partial dental arch rehabilitation.Manage full-arch implant rehabilitation cases, including All-on-4 and All-on-6.Conduct aesthetic and functional dental rehabilitation.Use digital dentistry and digital treatment-planning protocols where appropriate.Assess and manage occlusion and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) conditions.Provide splint therapy and occlusal management.Collaborate with implantologists, orthodontists, periodontists, oral surgeons, dental technicians, and other specialists for interdisciplinary cases.Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, risks, and expected outcomes to patients.Maintain accurate clinical records and follow all DHA and clinic protocols.Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and contribute to patient retention and referrals.Maintain high standards of clinical quality, infection control, and patient safety.RequirementsValid DHA license as a Specialist Prosthodontist or General Dentist.Strong clinical experience in prosthodontics, restorative, and aesthetic dentistry.Proven experience with complex rehabilitation and implant-supported prosthetic cases.Experience with All-on-4 / All-on-6 cases is highly desirable.Strong understanding of occlusion, TMJ, and splint therapy.Experience with digital dentistry and digital treatment planning.Established personal patient base is highly preferred.Excellent communication and patient-management skills.Russian and English language proficiency ? mandatory.Arabic ? an advantage.Professional, ethical, and patient-centered approach.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package.Modern clinical environment with advanced dental technology.Opportunity to work with complex prosthodontic and aesthetic cases.Supportive multidisciplinary team.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Strong potential to develop and expand your patient base.A dynamic and international working environment in Dubai.Ideal CandidateWe are seeking a clinician who combines advanced clinical expertise, aesthetic precision, excellent communication skills, and a strong business mindset.
