Based in the heart of Dubai, we combine a dynamic, high-performance culture with robust back-office support so our agents can focus on what they do best: selling and earning.As we rapidly expand our portfolio, we are looking for driven Property Consultants to join our winning team.What we're offering:3,000 AED monthly salary + 30% commission for your first 3 monthsStep up to 50% commission after 3 months, with room to grow as you performStructured onboarding and ongoing training from sales managerFull marketing, listing and admin support RERA course and broker card (BRN) supportVisa support after probation and reaching your sales targetKey Responsibilities:Source, negotiate, and close real estate transactions (sales and/or rentals). Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date with Dubai?s fast-evolving real estate trends.Assist clients in identifying properties that meet their requirements and budget.Arrange and conduct property viewings.Prepare and present property listings, offers, and relevant documentation.Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of client interactions.Stay updated on property market trends, prices, and new developments.Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales or leasing targets.Ensure a smooth and professional transaction process from initial inquiry through closing.Desired Candidate ProfileWhat We Are Looking For:Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai is a major plus (fresh, ambitious talents with strong sales drive are also welcome).Strong communication,negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, ambitious, and Highly target-oriented. Good knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.A valid UAE driving license is preferred.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
