Job OverviewWe are a fast-growing property marketing company in Dubai, looking for motivated Field Agents to join our team. This is a commission-only role (40% commission, no basic salary) , ideal for self-driven individuals who thrive in a results-oriented environment. You will work with qualified buyer leads and have the opportunity to maximize your earning potential through high-performance sales.Key Responsibilities? Actively generate and follow up on sales leads to convert prospects into clients? Conduct property viewings and present listings to potential buyers? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process? Provide accurate market feedback and insights to the management team? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings and market trends in DubaiSkills? Previous experience in sales, real estate, or field agent roles is preferred? Self-motivated and comfortable with a commission-only compensation structure? Fluency in English; Strong communication and negotiation skills? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively? Valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory? Age between 20?35 years
