Manage daily on-site operations for residential and commercial renovation projects

Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring correct sequencing and quality of works

Ensure all renovation activities comply with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, Civil Defence, DEWA, and relevant community authority regulations

Coordinate inspections, authority approvals, and snag clearances

Review drawings, method statements, and material submittals prior to execution

Monitor project timelines and report progress, delays, and risks to management

Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in line with UAE regulations

Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure works meet approved drawings and specifications

Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and access requirements

Resolve site issues proactively to avoid delays or non-compliance

Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, permits, and inspection logs

Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, inspectors, and building management

Ensure the site remains clean, organised, and professional at all times
