Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Certified Project Manager with strong experience in Agile Project Management to join our growing team.### Key Responsibilities:Manage and deliver medium to large-scale projects within scope, timeline, and budget.Lead cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and best practices.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and ensure successful project execution.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure effective communication between business stakeholders and project teams.Track project performance using relevant metrics and reporting tools.Desired Candidate Profile### Requirements:3?4 years of experience in Project Management.Proven experience managing large-scale projects.Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and Scrum practices.Experience working as a Scrum Master is highly preferred.PMP Certification or PMP Certification Training/Course Completion is mandatory.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.### Preferred Qualifications:PMP Certified Professional.Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM) is an added advantage.Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.If you meet the above criteria and are available to join immediately, we'd love to hear from you.
