Project Engineer/ Site Engineer

5.00 to 15.00 Years Dubai, UAE 11 Jan, 2026

Minimum 6?10 years of total UAE (Dubai) experience in construction projects

Proven experience handling residential, commercial, mixed-use, and/or fit-out projects in the UAE

Successfully completed multiple projects from site mobilization to final handover

Solid experience in Fit-Out projects is an added advantage

Strong working knowledge of UAE Building Codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and local authority approvals

Must be Dubai Municipality (DM) approved / registered

Registered with Society of Engineers (SOE ? UAE) with a valid SOE card

Ability to effectively manage site manpower, foremen, subcontractors, and supervisors

Demonstrated capacity to handle large site teams and multiple site staff simultaneously

Proficient in planning and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project or similar)

Strong coordination and communication skills with consultants, clients, and authorities

UAE driving license preferred
