About the Client Our client is a well-established interior fit-out and architectural solutions company based in Dubai. The organization delivers commercial and residential interior projects, including bespoke joinery, turnkey fit-out solutions, and customized architectural finishes across the UAE market. (Client identity is confidential and managed by Wisterra HR Consultancy.)About the Role You will be the coordination backbone between design, procurement, joinery production, and site execution ? making sure drawings move on time, submittals don't stall, and nothing falls between departments. This is not a desk-only role: you'll be expected to visit project sites, track progress against schedules, and flag delays before they become problems.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project activities across design, procurement, joinery production, site execution, and estimation teams to ensure milestones are delivered on scheduleReview, track, and distribute project drawings and revisions using AutoCAD; coordinate drawing clarifications between design teams, site engineers, and subcontractorsMonitor project schedules proactively ? identify delays, bottlenecks, and execution risks before they escalate, and report directly to the Project Manager or Operations ManagerMaintain all project documentation, including trackers, submission schedules, approval logs, meeting minutes, and progress reportsCoordinate material deliveries, approvals, and procurement timelines to prevent site-level disruptionsVisit project sites as required to verify progress, support coordination between office and field teams, and ensure project requirements are executed as approvedPrepare and circulate project status updates, meeting minutes, and internal reports to relevant stakeholdersSupport communication between internal departments, consultants, clients, and contractors ? ensure information flows accurately and without delayMaintain organized records of all drawings, technical documentation, RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals, and approvals throughout the project lifecycleSkillsQualifications2?4 years of experience in project coordination within interior fit-out or construction projectsWorking proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory ? used daily for drawing coordination)Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory ? site visits required)Solid understanding of construction drawings, shop drawings, and project documentation workflowsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
