Roles & ResponsibilitiesJOB PURPOSE Responsible for Machine Production, Packing Activities and all work related to Production. KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS Operate machinery to assist in the production process Assemble materials and equipment as required Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met Assist in the loading of raw materials to the production lines Transport raw materials from one place to another Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met Conduct inspections and quality control of products Assist in lifting, carrying and moving heavy loads as required Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to Production Manager. OPERATING ENVIRONMENT May have to stand for long periods. Often perform repetitive tasks with their hands and may also have to lift heavy items.Desired Candidate ProfileHigh school graduate with Minimum 3 Years? Experience in food packing line.
