YUNIQ is looking for confident, well-presented, and motivated individuals to represent our brand at our first location in Dubai Festival City Mall.This is not a standard sales job. The role combines premium customer service, luxury product presentation, and hands-on customization work. You will introduce customers to YUNIQ?s metal card customization experience, guide them through design options, and operate our software and fiber laser system to create personalized metal cards.We are looking for people who can represent a high-value brand with professionalism, confidence, and warmth. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, detail-oriented, technically comfortable, and able to create a memorable customer experience.ResponsibilitiesAs a Luxury Sales & Metal Card Customization Specialist, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, explaining the YUNIQ concept, and presenting our metal card customization service in a premium and engaging way.You will guide customers through the customization process, help them choose designs, prepare orders using our software, and operate the fiber laser machine after proper training. Attention to detail is important, as every card must meet our quality standards before it is handed over to the customer.You will also represent the YUNIQ brand inside Dubai Festival City Mall, maintain a clean and premium-looking workspace, handle customer questions professionally, and support daily sales targets.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is someone who combines sales energy with craftsmanship.
