Roles & ResponsibilitiesRead JDPrimary ObjectiveWe are looking for a Marketing Manager who can directly drive revenue growth through lead generation, website optimization,conversion improvement, and campaign performance.This is NOT a branding-only role. It is a performance-driven, revenue-focused role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & CampaignsPlan and execute lead generation strategies for training programs (PMP, CIPD, AML, AI, etc.)Manage and optimize paid campaigns: Google Ads (Search + Display) ? Mandatory, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram),Landing Pages & FunnelsCreate and optimize high-converting landing pages for each key courseBuild complete marketing funnels: Ad ? Landing Page ? Lead Form ? Follow-up ? ConversionConduct A/B testing (headlines, CTAs, layouts)Ensure landing pages are conversion-focused, clear, persuasive, and sales-drivenAnalytics, Reporting & Performance TrackingTrack and report on website traffic, lead generation numbers, conversion rates, and campaign performanceProvide weekly/monthly performance reportsUse data to identify gaps and optimize campaigns and funnelsSales Alignment & Lead QualityWork closely with sales team to improve lead quality and increase conversion to enrollmentsUnderstand which leads convert vs. not, and optimize accordinglyCRM, Email & WhatsApp CampaignsPlan and execute email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar) and WhatsApp campaigns for lead nurturingBuild basic automation workflows for follow-upsNew Channels & Growth OpportunitiesIdentify and test new lead sources (Coursetakers, partnerships, aggregators)Explore referral strategies and corporate lead generation opportunitiesDesired Candidate ProfileMust-Have Skills & ExperienceProven experience in lead generation and performance marketingStrong hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory) and Meta AdsExperience in website optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)Landing page creation using tools like WordPress, Webflow, or similarStrong understanding of funnels (end-to-end), CPL, CAC, and ROIExperience with Google Analytics and reporting toolsMandatory RequirementCandidates MUST clearly demonstrate:Number of leads generated in previous rolesCampaign budgets handledMeasurable improvements in CPL, conversion rates, and revenue impa.
