This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payment execution while supporting cash management and liquidity monitoring. The ideal candidate brings hands-on payments experience and understanding of treasury operations.SkillsKey ResponsibilitiesProcess payment vouchers related to bank transfers and ensure daily compliance with UAE banking regulatory requirements.Post all payment transactions in the Dynamics Management accounting database (including bank transfers, bank card payments, petty cash, investments, and deposits)Prepare the monthly payment calendarCollect and organize tax invoices for bank charges, investment and brokers' SOA, and monthly bank statements in dedicated foldersMonitor card and petty-cash payments processed by accountants and office managersMonitor account balances across various currencies and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet the company?s needsAssist in the preparation of the company?s monthly cash flow planSupport the development and implementation of treasury policies and proceduresCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements in the payments process and the Dynamics Management accounting systemPerform other ad hoc tasks, including those related to the annual audit, such as bank balance confirmations. Required QualificationsBachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field2?5 years of experience in payments, treasury operations, accounting, or financial operationsStrong hands-on experience with payment processing and banking platformsKnowledge of UAE banking regulatory requirementsProficiency in Dynamic software and Microsoft ExcelSolid understanding of cash management and bank reconciliationsHigh attention to detail with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain the highest ethical standards and strict confidentialityAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlinesPreferred QualificationsExperience with international payments and multi-currency environmentsFamiliarity with SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, wire payments, and payment cut-offsExperience supporting audits or regulatory reviewsExposure to automation or system implementation projectsLanguages: Upper-Intermediate English, Ukrainian (spoken and written)
