Job Description

  • Supervise and lead a team of painters/finishers in the workshop.
  • Prepare 3D printed parts and sculptures for painting (filling, sanding, priming, smoothing).
  • Apply paints, coatings, and finishes using spray gun, airbrush, brush, and other methods.
  • Mix and match colors accurately to achieve realistic, metallic, matte, or artistic effects.
  • Create special finishes such as hyper-realistic, glossy, metallic, aged, or textured surfaces.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure precision, quality, and adherence to design references.
  • Work closely with designers and engineers to achieve the required artistic vision.
  • Manage paint materials, tools, and inventory to ensure efficiency.
  • Train and guide team members on advanced finishing and painting techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards in the workshop.
