Participate in the implementation of the overseas procurement and supply center development plan, and continuously improve procurement and supply chain management systems;
Conduct overseas sourcing activities, including supplier identification, price negotiation, contract drafting, and contract execution tracking;
Coordinate international logistics operations such as transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and delivery, while optimizing logistics routes and controlling costs;
Assist in establishing supplier evaluation and performance assessment systems to ensure supply chain stability, compliance, and sustainability;
Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to support overseas project execution.
