Roles & Responsibilities1. 3PL Warehouse ManagementManage the relationship with the 3PL.Ensure compliance with warehouse SLAs.Monitor receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.Review warehouse capacity and productivity.Conduct regular operational reviews with the 3PL.2. Inventory ManagementMaintain inventory accuracy.Oversee cycle counts and stock reconciliations.Investigate stock discrepancies.Minimize damages and inventory loss.Monitor inventory aging and space utilization.Provide full details and data for suppliers and insurance claims3.
