Our client is a growing organization providing business process outsourcing, logistics support, digital solutions, and operational services across multiple industries. They are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, strengthen client relationships, improve business processes, and drive operational excellence.Your RoleAs the Operations Manager, you will oversee the company's operational performance while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service standards. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and senior leadership to improve processes, manage key accounts, support business growth, and deliver exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize daily operations by improving processes, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence across the business. Build, manage, and grow strategic client relationships by understanding business needs, delivering value-added solutions, providing after-sales support, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams, technical stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to deliver projects, translate business requirements into solutions, and achieve operational objectives. Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams while establishing policies, procedures, business ethics standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Represent the business through client presentations, reviews, and debriefs while safeguarding confidential information and identifying opportunities to strengthen services and long-term growth.SkillsWhat We're Looking For 3+ years of Operations Management experience within Logistics, Outsourcing, Warehouse Management, FinTech, Technology Solutions, or similar industries, with strong stakeholder and client management capabilities. Proven experience managing business operations, budgets, process improvements, strategic accounts, cross-functional teams, and multiple internal and external stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with an understanding of business analysis, digital transformation, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP/WMS/TMS/HRMS or similar enterprise systems; UAE-based with immediate availability preferred, while a UAE driving licence and Arabic language skills are advantageous.
