Minimum 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage sector

Strong knowledge of the UAE market and local business operations

Proven experience in dealing with suppliers, vendors, and procurement processes

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Daily follow-up with the team performance and branch operations

Daily monitoring and management of inventory and stock levels

Ability to prepare a comprehensive weekly report covering the overall business and operational status

Strong leadership and team management skills

Experience in cost control, stock management, and waste reduction

Ability to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Monitoring staff schedules, shifts, attendance, and productivity

Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all departments

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to improve workflow and increase operational efficiency

Experience in sales performance monitoring and branch performance analysis

Ability to coordinate between management, staff, and suppliers
