Part of PIMS International - with more than 100+ locations around the world.As part of our expansion, we are seeking a strong Senior Operations Manager who will enhance operational efficiency and ensure sustainable growth across all outlets.Key Responsibilities? Full management of daily operations across assigned locations? Driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency? Optimization of payroll costs and overall cost structure while maintaining a high level of service? Monitoring and managing key performance indicators (revenue, average check, COGS %, labor %, wastage)? Development and training of location managers?
