  • Accurately credit customer lists across multiple internal systems
  • Execute daily, weekly, and campaign-based reward activities
  • Double-check all work to ensure accuracy before completion
  • Keep tracking sheets and live dashboards up to date
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, escalating issues when needed
  • Share regular updates and reports with the Operations team
