Job Description

  • Coordinate the intake, labeling, and tracking of customer media (tapes, photos, audio, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate records of ongoing digitization projects and delivery timelines
  • Support the operations and digitization team with daily task management
  • Handle communication between internal teams and clients for project updates
  • Manage inventory of storage devices (USBs, drives, packaging materials, etc.)
  • Assist with packaging and dispatch of completed orders
  • Ensure the studio area is organized and operational at all times
  • Support management in documentation, reporting, and workflow optimization
