Assist Internal Audit Dept in TeamMate implementation Project. Assist in preparing implementation plan, weekly status report.
Liaise with TeamMate Vendor and Audit Team to generate an automated the audit plan.
Prepare system usage procedures [step by step procedures with screen shots on how to use the system]
Entering static and historic data in the system
Liaise with IT department for getting data through excel sheets or direct connection to data base. Prepare procedures on how team can use Data Analytics
Liaise with Teammate and IT for creating a dashboard on status against audit plan and open audit findings.
Conduct Post Implementation Review.
Assist the Internal Audit in external assessment of the internal audit function.
Assist in remediating the daps identified in the external assessment of the internal audit function.
