Job Description1.? ?Prepare and Submit NOC Applications ? Submit NOC requests to relevant authorities (e.g. DM, DDA, Trakhees, JAFZA, DEWA, RTA, Etisalat, DU, etc.) for all construction stages.2.? ?Liaise with Authorities ? Coordinate directly with government departments for clarifications, updates, and status follow-ups.3.? ?Review Drawings & Documents ? Ensure shop drawings, utility layouts, and site plans meet each authority?s standards before submission.4.? ?Track and Manage Approvals ? Maintain NOC status logs and ensure approvals are obtained on time to avoid site delays.5.? ?Coordinate with Project Team ? Work closely with consultants, contractors, and utility coordinators to align submissions.6.? ?Knowledge of Regulations ? Stay updated with the latest codes, guidelines, and online submission portals (e.g., Dubai BPS, DDA e-permit, Trakhees EHS, etc.).7.? ?Handle Rejections and CommentsSkillsBachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE construction field.Proficient in network monitoring tools and platforms.Strong understanding of IT/OT network infrastructure and systems.Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and performance reporting.Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software is advantageous.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Strong communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.Detail-oriented with a focus on system reliability and continuous improvement.
