Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily activities of MEP & HVAC techniciansPerform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across multiple systemsEnsure all work is completed as per company standards and client requirementsAssign tasks and monitor team productivity and performanceConduct routine inspections and preventive maintenanceEnsure proper usage of tools, equipment, and materialsMaintain service reports and update management regularlyEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policiesCoordinate with clients and respond to service requests efficientlyDesired Candidate ProfileMinimum 4 years of UAE experience in MEP & HVAC maintenanceProven experience as a Multi-Technician Supervisor or similar roleStrong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsAbility to supervise and work hands-on when requiredValid UAE driving license (mandatory)Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage)Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle multiple sites and tasks under pressure
