Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of production machinery.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation-related faults.Minimize machine downtime and ensure maximum equipment availability.Monitor machine performance and implement improvement initiatives.Support basic automation systems and machine controls.Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory.Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.Coordinate with production teams to support uninterrupted operations.Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.Desired Candidate ProfileITI (2 years) or Technical Diploma (3 years) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing machinery, preferably in furniture/cabinetry production.Strong knowledge of mechanics, mechatronics, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Basic knowledge of automation systems required; PLC knowledge is an added advantage.Ability to troubleshoot woodworking machinery such as CNCs, panel saws, edge banders, and drilling machines.English proficiency (minimum A2, preferably B1/B2) and Hindi communication skills.Reliable, proactive, team-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities.
