Job Description Coordinate freight scheduling, negotiate competitive rates with carriers, optimize delivery routes, and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery. Monitor inventory levels, manage order fulfillment, and maintain product availability while minimizing inventory holding costs. Oversee the receipt, storage, packing, and dispatch of goods, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and adherence to company standards. Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, coordinate customs clearance, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and tariff requirements. Manage reverse logistics by coordinating the return of products, inspecting returned items, and determining appropriate actions such as resale, repair, or recycling. Investigate shipping delays, process claims for damaged or lost goods, and resolve logistics-related issues with vendors, carriers, and customers in a timely manner.Skills Bachelor's degree Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret freight, warehouse, and inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize operational performance. Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle. Sound knowledge of inventory management, stock optimization, warehouse layout planning, Good understanding of local and international import/export procedures, customs regulations, shipping documentation, waybills, tariffs, and cargo insurance requirements, Dubai Customs.
