Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, organizing, and coordinating transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.Prepare and process shipping, import, export, and customs documentation.Track shipments and monitor deliveries to ensure timely arrival.Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments regarding shipment status.Support warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, labeling, inventory checks, and dispatching goods.Maintain accurate logistics records and update shipment information in company systems.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.Prepare reports on logistics performance, inventory, and transportation costs.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.Provide general administrative support to the logistics team.Desired Candidate ProfileA degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred for a solid foundational knowledge.1?2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or supply chain operations.Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures is an advantage.Experience with logistics management systems is an advantage (Dubai Trade , Calogi and Dubai Municipality).
