Plan and prepare meals to meet specific dietary restrictions and preferences.

Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.

Administer medications as prescribed and track medical needs consistently.

Transport clients to medical appointments and other planned activities.

Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior to family or medical professionals.

Provide companionship and emotional support through engaging, meaningful conversations.

Implement specific care plans as outlined by healthcare professionals and family members.

Assist with physical therapy and other exercise programs as directed by qualified therapists.

Maintain accurate records of care given and services provided for future reference.

Encourage and promote involvement in social and recreational activities.

Ensure the client?s safety at all times, minimizing risks of accidents or injuries.
