We welcome you to join us and grow together.ob Summary:Responsible for planning, directing, and supervising all lifting and rigging operations on site to ensure safety and compliance.Key Responsibilities:ú Prepare and review lifting plansú Inspect lifting equipment, slings, shackles, hooks, etc.ú Direct lifting operations and ensure correct signalingú Verify qualifications of riggers, signalmen, and crane operatorsú Conduct pre-lift safety briefingsú Stop unsafe operations immediately and reportú Maintain lifting equipment logs and inspection recordsú Liaise with site management, safety officers, and crane rental companiesRequirements:ú Valid Lifting Supervisor Certificate from an approved body (OPITO / TUV / ADNOC-approved)(a must)ú Valid Rigging & Slinging Certificate (Intermediate or above)ú Valid Bankman/Slinger Certificate (signalman qualification)ú Preferred 5 years of lifting supervision experience, including 2 years in UAEú Knowledge of ADNOC Lifting Standards or BS 7121ú Ability to read and understand lift plans and load chartsú Good command of English (spoken and written)ú Physically fit to work in a construction/industrial environmentPreferred (Nice to Have):ú Crane/Lifting Equipment Inspector certificationWhat we offer:ú Competitive salary (based on experience)ú Employment visa and medical insurance (as per UAE labor law)ú Accommodation and transportation allowance
