Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Legal Counsel to be based in Dubai.The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:Act as a key legal advisor to executive leadership and the Board, providing strategic guidance on complex and high-impact matters.Lead negotiation and execution of major commercial agreements and strategic transactions.Oversee enterprise-wide legal risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance frameworks.Manage high-stakes disputes and litigation, including coordination with external counsel.Support M&A activity, joint ventures, and corporate structuring initiatives.Shape and implement legal strategy aligned with business objectives.Develop and maintain internal policies, contractual standards, and governance procedures.Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments and advise on business impact.Ensure the legal function delivers proactive, commercially focused support across the organisation.SkillsTo be successful, you will need to meet the following:Bachelor?s degree in law. An MBA is a plus.Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors. Experience in contract management, legal advisory, corporate governance and risk mitigation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic is a must.Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
