Job Description

The Paralegal will support the legal consultancy and the debt collection operations of the sister companies by handling legal documentation, court-related follow-ups, client co-ordination and governmental transactions in the UAE.The paralegal acts as a key operational partner to ensure efficient legal processes, case updates and professional client communication.Responsibilities:A. Legal & Court related duties:1. Prepare, draft and review (Arabic & English) legal documents including but not limited to: Legal Notices, Power of Attorney (POA), Contracts and Agreements, Court Pleadings and memorandums, and case related correspondence.2. Liaise and co-ordinate with lawyers in handling cases before UAE local Courts (Labor, Commercial, family, execution, and related matters)3. Follow-up on case statues, hearings and judgements through local courts and relevant portals.4. Maintain accurate legal records, case files and documentation in both Arabic and English by using company?s CRM system.B. Claims Recovery and Debt Collection:1. Handle Debt collection files from initiation to resolution2. Communicate with the different debtors located in GCC professionally and in compliance with laws and regulations.3. Prepare dunning letters, settlement agreements, payment plans and follow up correspondence.4. Coordinate execution actions related to debt recovery including judicial procedures.C. Clients and partner coordination1. Act as liaison between clients and law firm, attend meetings when required and provide the proper legal advise and the required procedure in English and Arabic.2. Support internal legal operations and assist senior legal consultants as required.3. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism all times.D. Governmental and Authority transactions:1. Handle governmental transactions and follow-up with UAE local authorities including but not limited to: Notary Public, Police centers, public prosecutions, land departments, Ministry of Economy, any other relevant governmental bodies.2. Prepare submit and track application, attestations and approvals as required.Qualifications & Requirements:I. Bachelor?s Degree in law or related legal fieldII. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience working with UAE local firms.III. Demonstrated experience in claims recovery and debt collection mattersIV. Highly organized, detail oriented and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.V. Ability to work independently and as part of the group teams.
