Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and operational matters.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, and legal notices.Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.Handle employment and labour law matters, including HR policies and disputes.Advise on litigation strategy and coordinate with external law firms where required.Support debt recovery, commercial disputes, and risk management.Assist with company formation, licensing, regulatory approvals, and compliance.Protect the company's legal interests across all business units.Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders when necessaryDesired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Law (LLB); higher legal qualifications are an advantage.Minimum 5?10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE Commercial, Civil, Labour, Corporate, and Contract Laws.Experience supporting multiple business sectors is highly desirable.Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment.What We OfferOpportunity to work directly with senior management.Exposure to multiple industries within a growing group of companies.Competitive salary package based on experience.Professional growth in a dynamic and ambitious organization.Interested candidates are invited to send their CV with the subject line: Legal Advisor ?
