Job Description

  • Prepare, review, and interpret landscape and civil drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contracts.
  • Supervise and manage the execution of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and associated civil works.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor site progress, quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
  • Provide technical support for tender submissions, cost estimation, and material approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with local authorities? regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, ADDC, RTA, etc.).
  • Manage resources, manpower allocation, and ensure efficient use of materials and equipment.
  • Attend project and client meetings to address design, progress, and technical issues.
