Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare and send quotations and follow up to close deals.
  • Prepare and send purchase orders and follow up on order acknowledgement.
  • Prepare Invoice and Delivery notes.
  • Coordinate delivery of orders.
  • Maintain files and update timely records of all inquiries and orders.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Update and manage customer information.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
