Coordination & Integration to liaise with project managers, consultants, and site teams, to ensure seamless coordination and integration of interior design elements.
Material Selection & Vendor Management for lead material selection through factory visits and sourcing trips. Coordinate with suppliers based on BOQ, quality standards and lead times. Review and validate samples and mock ups.
Technical Documentation & Compliance to prepare detailed material schedules,
joinery drawings, and specifications in accordance with Dubai regulations and authority requirements. Support DLD related documentation for technical compliance and handover.
Site Supervision & Quality Control to supervise on site implementation of interior works, conducting regular inspections to ensure quality, adherence to design intent, and timely execution.
